Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to drive USAC commercial transformation, adopting new operating models and redesigning processes to shift from shipments to consumer/POS-driven sales.

You will manage the transformation roadmap, facilitate change management, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and enterprise transformation teams to deliver these changes. The role is on-site in Maplewood, MN with up to 20% travel and a contract through mid-2028 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in program management, commercial excellence, or change management.
• Experience in large-scale transformation, process redesign, and organizational change.
• Ideally in consumer, retail, or highly matrixed environments.
