Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director of US Advertising and Promotion within Global Regulatory Affairs. This role directs strategic regulatory activities for promotions, labeling, and development strategies for assigned products, including day-to-day oversight and mentoring of staff.

The position requires close collaboration with Commercial, R&D, and Legal teams. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on interaction across cross-functional groups and maintain strong FDA

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Affairs for pharmaceutical or medical device products.
• Experience with Advertising and Promotion within Regulatory Affairs.
• 8+ years of relevant regulatory experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions and provides strategic direction for day-to-day activities of assigned products and department.
• Develops regulatory strategies for product promotion and provides guidance during issues management.
• Monitors regulatory environment and interprets new regulations and enforcement trends.
• Mentors US A&P staff in their product areas.
• Establishes relationships with therapeutic product leaders across Commercial, R&D and Compliance functions.
• Ensures alignment of US A&P policy across products; liaises with FDA staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
