You will work with estate planning attorneys and wealth advisors to deliver integrated planning solutions and oversee family-office engagements, shaping a high-value client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiduciary, estate and gift tax work at high level.
• Track record of leadership through progressive responsibility.
• Player-coach mentality able to deliver while building the next phase.

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver the existing compliance book for trust and estate tax returns.
• Own relationships for estate income tax planning and complex trust/gift tax work.
• Collaborate with estate planning attorneys and wealth advisors to deliver integrated planning.
• Oversee family-office engagements with account partners.
• Develop and package high-value advisory offerings and grow the practice toward partnership.
