• Own end-to-end fashion trend forecasting across Women's, Men's, Kids, Baby, Footwear, and Accessories
• Set trend vision and seasonal color direction
• Synthesize retail, runway, social, search, cultural, and customer signals into actionable business direction
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, Editorial, Technology, Marketing, Site, and other cross-functional teams
• Translate trend intelligence into commercially relevant assortments and seasonal storytelling
• Build frameworks for consistent trend adoption and measure product performance
• Serve as a fashion authority influencing senior leaders and enterprise partners
• Lead and develop trend talent and manage resources
• Advance AI-powered forecasting of trend acceleration, adoption, and demand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Design, or related field and 5 years' experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area or 7 years' experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area
• Expertise in AI-enabled trend forecasting, predictive analytics, and emerging technology
• Ability to partner effectively with technical teams
• Ability to translate complex data and cultural signals into creative and business direction
• Visual intelligence across color, silhouette, print, pattern, material, styling, and product
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align Merchandising, Design, Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and fostering development
• Strong leadership, communication, storytelling, and project management skills
• Focus on innovation, cost control, and timelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
