Guidewell is seeking a Director, Governance & Performance to design and oversee the Transformation Office's governance framework, ensuring strategy activation and measurable enterprise value across the organization.

This role operates as a peer-partner to the other TO leaders in the organization and owns the decision-rights architecture and meeting cadence that keep the TO's governance forums substantive, the single trusted transformation scorecard that blends financial results, delivery progress, and AI-adoption metrics into one view every function can rely on.
