Summary:
Lender Finance originates both recourse and non-recourse transactions for commercial and consumer specialty finance companies. This line of business focuses on driving growth in revenue and assets for the bank, leading newly structured transactions as well as participating in other banks’ transactions.
The Director, Transaction Management – Lender Finance is responsible for working with internal partners to underwrite new transactions and manage an existing book of business. This role balances supporting the Commercial Bank’s growth while ensuring a scalable, well-managed business.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $190,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
