Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Director for its Transaction Services group to lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate services across the firm.

The ideal candidate has a CPA certification, 12+ years in a large public accounting firm, strong project management and superb interpersonal and communication skills, plus solid presentation abilities.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as you help build a new practice within an established firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred.
• CPA certification required. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment.
• Must have the ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Previous experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Other responsibilities include researching complex accounting issues and conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and other transaction related services.

The compensation range for this role is $192,000-$314,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
