Ascendiun seeks a Director, Technology Transformation to lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale programs that modernize platforms, improve governance, and enable the separation and long-term independence of Ascendiun’s portfolio. You will report to the CIO and drive sustainable improvements across technology and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technology programs and transformational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and operational processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and balancing stakeholder priorities.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

Job description

Your Role

The Technology team is responsible for the delivery, operation, and governance of secure, compliant, and scalable platforms that support critical healthcare services and enable the successful separation and long-term independence of the Ascendiun family of companies. The Director, Technology Transformation will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs that create sustainable, systematic improvements across technology and business operations.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of technology experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs and transformational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and balancing competing priorities.

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
