Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Controls Advisory to strengthen risk governance across enterprise technology. You will lead control advisory efforts, collaborate with business and technology leaders, and drive improvements in how risks are identified and managed.

This senior role requires extensive experience in technology risk management, control frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity
• 10+ years in technology risk management, IT controls, IT audit, cybersecurity governance, or compliance
• 5+ years leading control assessments, remediation programs, governance initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams
• 4+ years directly managing teams
• Experience with COSO, COBIT, NIST, or ISO 27001
• Experience assessing controls in access management, change management, SDLC, infrastructure ops, or third-party risk
• Experience presenting risk, controls, or remediation reporting to leadership
• CISSP certification required within 1 year of employment
• Must be within commutable distance to Hermitage office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of professionals across enterprise systems, processes, and initiatives
• Review controls, identify gaps, and track remediation activities across key technology areas
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders to improve control frameworks and governance
• Advise teams on control design, issue management, and remediation plans
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leaders to support decisions and continuous improvement
