Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and track end-to-end integration roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate complex technical workstreams across multiple internal sub-teams and infrastructure pillars.
• Evaluate architectural patterns and drive scalable, modern integration solutions.
• Act as liaison between Cybersecurity, Risk, and LOB partners to facilitate decision-making and risk management.
• Lead as subject matter expert in high-level planning and enterprise-wide program meetings.
• Codify lessons learned into a reusable integration playbook for future acquisitions.
• Oversee governance, controls, compliance, and BAU transitions.
