Qualifications

• 12+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience.
• 6+ years of deep technical accounting experience including knowledge of ASC 606.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on technical accounting matters.
• Lead the research and documentation of technical accounting conclusions under US GAAP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications of strategic transactions.
