Compeer Financial is seeking a Director, Technology Product Management to shape our digital product portfolio and drive innovation. You will lead a diverse team, scale Agile practices across the enterprise, and align product initiatives with business goals.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations and Marketing to execute roadmaps, establish OKRs, and deliver client-centric, value-driven products. A strong leadership presence and 10+ years in product management are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management and digital product portfolios.
• 5+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance).
• Proven track record leading large-scale agile transformations.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture and technical debt.
