The Position

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Surgery Director to join our I CARE team in the Surgery Department setting. Essential duties of the position include overall management and leadership of the surgery department, ensures the delivery of high-quality nursing care, and financial management of the department. • Oversee nursing staffing levels, scheduling and assignments to meet patient care needs and budgetary constraints.
• Manage nursing budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, optimizing cost-efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and support to nurses in complex patient cases or challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications
