Job summary

AdvanCell seeks a Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to lead site-wide supply chain operations for Pb-212 radiopharmaceutical production. You will oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics to ensure reliable manufacturing and delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and a track record in regulatory compliance and end-to-end supply chain execution. As a member of the Andover Site Leadership Team, you will partner with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in pharma or equivalent with warehousing, planning, and logistics experience.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance in safety, security, imports/exports.
Experience leading teams and building scalable supply chain systems for GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain planning, production scheduling, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted product supply.
Oversee materials planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics for JIT delivery of radiopharmaceuticals.
Own planning processes, safety stock strategies, and integration of supply requirements into plans.
Drive cross-functional governance, address supply risks, shortages, delays, and vendor challenges.
Develop planning systems, dashboards, KPIs, and master data governance for decision making.
