Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
Experience leading engineering teams in a regulated medical device environment.
Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead Supplier Development Engineering activities across NPD, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
Provide engineering leadership throughout the product development lifecycle (DFM, verification, validation, qualification).
Oversee development and technical oversight of external suppliers and contract manufacturers for catheter systems and components.
Drive lifecycle management and continuous improvement across commercial products (quality, reliability, scalability).
Coach and mentor teams, establish objectives, and manage performance for on-time execution.
