The candidate will analyze critical credit, legal, and structural elements, lead analysis discussions, and contribute to rating criteria and sector research within a hybrid work environment in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master00s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; programming knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze critical credit, legal, and structural elements of transaction proposals
• Act as primary or secondary analyst for transaction ratings and defend credit views
• Contribute to development of rating criteria and recommendations
• Lead or support sector trend research reports and projects
