Nextracker seeks a Director of Structural Engineering to lead the Project Engineering Team from our Fremont, CA office, supporting US accounts. You will oversee the structural engineering for utility-scale PV projects from development through construction.
Responsibilities include steel design, foundation calculations, tool development, and preparing structural documentation for quotes and engineering packages. A PE license and 10+ years in solar EPC are preferred.
Job Description: Nextpower is seeking a Director, Structural Engineering, US to join our Project Engineering Team in Fremont, CA office supporting key accounts across the United States This position will be responsible for managing the structural engineering team for utility-scale PV projects from the development phase through construction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, steel design and component sizing, foundation calculations, advanced structural tool development, and the preparation of structural documentation to support project quoting and engineering packages.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job‑related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $200 to $240K.
