Lead the build and definition of operational metrics, roles and responsibilities and organizational structures to support.Develop and standardize finance processes, manage contract financial compliance, and document policies and proceduresDefine roles and responsibilities within the organization, establish reporting structures, and ensure effective governance mechanismsLead through transformative solution visioning and execution of the vision, including defining the future state organization.
