• Develops the organizational vision and strategic execution plan by performing industry and market analysis, defining metrics, and communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Oversees change initiatives, manages project plans from pilot to execution, and ensures timely delivery of changes.
• Leads merchandising initiatives, analyzes reports, and benchmarks programs to improve store performance.
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
• Fosters integrity and ethics across programs, supporting associate development and a culture of belonging.
