Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy development, strategic planning, or business transformation leadership.

• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and align initiatives across procurement and the business.
• Drive strategic project concepts and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISC strategy and business objectives.
• Act as a central integrator, consolidating and harmonizing existing functional strategies into a unified direction.
• Establish a strategy development framework, governance model, and timeline to guide execution.
• Influence and collaborate across a matrixed, global organization without direct reporting authority.

• Drive strategic project concepts and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISC strategy and business objectives.

Requirements

• YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy development, strategic planning, or business transformation leadership.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction.
