Applied Composites, a leading provider in aerospace and defense components, seeks a Director of Program Management to lead the PM function across multiple programs from award through production and closeout. You will be accountable for schedule, cost, labor performance, gross margin, and customer satisfaction, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.

The role requires 10–15+ years in aerospace/defense program leadership, a post-secondary engineering/business-related degree,

Qualifications

10–15+ years of relevant experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing programs.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing or related discipline.
Experience leading complex programs and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the Program Management function across the assigned business or group of businesses.
Provide strategic oversight of the entire program portfolio from award through delivery and closeout.
Ensure programs achieve customer and business objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and financial performance.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve program management policies, processes, tools, and best practices.
Lead program governance, reporting, and escalation processes; drive corrective actions to close gaps.
