Role Responsibilities

  • Capital Allocation and M&A: Evaluate capital deployment alternatives and strategic transactions with Enterprise FP&A, Treasury, Corporate Development and business leaders.
  • Board and Executive Support: Develop Board and executive materials that connect financial analysis, performance and market context to clear implications, choices and recommendations.
  • Guidance and Earnings: Lead the analysis and development of financial guidance, earnings materials, executive Q&A and supporting scenarios. Translate the outlook, sensitivities, risks and opportunities into clear stakeholder messaging.
  • Forecast and Consensus Analysis: Partner with Enterprise FP&A on forecasts, quarter-end expectations and key financial drivers. Monitor sell-side estimates, investor expectations and market reaction, and identify implications for guidance and investor engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with finance and business leaders, using the enterprise forecast and planning process as the financial baseline for strategic, Board and investor analysis.
  • Communication and Capability Building: Create concise presentations and written narratives for senior leadership, the Board and investors. Build repeatable tools and processes and strengthen analytical capabilities across the finance organization.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis and valuation skills.
  • Experience supporting earnings, guidance, Board materials or other high-stakes financial communications in a large public company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Strong judgment, discretion and executive presence in fast-paced, highly visible situations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with enterprise planning systems, financial databases and business intelligence tools preferred.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in investor relations, strategy, corporate development or transaction-oriented finance.
  • Strong understanding of public-company financial statements, capital markets, valuation and investor expectations.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, connect financial analysis to business strategy and recommend clear actions.
  • Collaborative and effective across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Development, business finance and executive leadership.
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable owning ambiguous, high-priority work with integrity and accountability.
