As the Global Software Leader for Acute Products/ Devices, this role is responsible for leading multi-site device software engineering team for Acute Care products by defining and driving software strategy and implementation and delivering to all Acute Care product lines. As the Global Device Software Leader for Acute Care product lines of Vantive, works in collaboration with commercial, systems, program management, Quality & Regulatory functional leadership teams to build and execute on product strategy, roadmaps and delivery plans.
Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer/software engineering (Master's preferred). Experience in medical devices or other safety‑critical electromechanical domains (e.g., aerospace, industrial controls, automotive) required; medical device experience strongly preferred.

At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $200,000 - $275,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
