Job Summary

Location: Santa Fe, NM. The Director, Show Delivery has overall functional leadership responsibility for the Show Leadership teams, including Show Management, Production Design, and Technical Direction. This role enables the development and refinement of show processes, standards, and documentation, and oversees budget, resource loading, and performance reviews for directors and managers. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; the company does not sponsor visas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine show processes, standards, and documentation in support of company and division objectives.
  • Collaborate with other functional and project leaders to respond to evolving needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the teams and directors reporting to you.
  • Provide feedback and annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
  • Build high‑performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and creative excellence.
  • Develop and manage resource loading and budget for the Show Management department.
  • Lead audits, reviews, and quality assurance checks for Creative Studio Standards as Chair of the Standards Committee.
  • Serve as Senior Show Manager on projects as needed.
  • Leverage emerging tools, systems, and technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate to audit and develop database tools used by Creative Studio for project source of truth, show budgets, trends, and BIM synchronization.
Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of show management methodologies and experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in championing creative project delivery.
  • Over 15 years of experience in development and design management of major projects within the entertainment or themed development industries.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to anticipate changes in team dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with organizational and creative thinking.
  • Considerable experience as a functional manager of people.
  • In‑depth knowledge of daily‑use programs: P6, Planera, or other scheduling tools; Autodesk Construction Cloud, Build, AirTable, or other database tools; Google Suite.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Director works in both office and active construction site settings. The role requires adherence to company and OSHA safety standards and the use of appropriate PPE on site. Duties include sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, reaching, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Visual inspections, reading detailed plans, and clear communication are essential.

Work Schedule

Full‑time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional flexibility during evenings or weekends, especially during installation phases at project sites.

Supervisor Responsibilities

This position requires supervisory responsibility, including mentorship, performance evaluations, and management of resources and budgets.

Travel

Occasional travel is required and varies by project phase and home location.
