Stoke Therapeutics(Nasdaq: STOK), is a biotechnology company dedicated to restoring protein expression by harnessing the body’s potential with RNA medicine. The Director/Senior Director, Medical Affairs Analytics & Systems will lead the systems, data, and analytics capabilities that enable Medical Affairs to operate efficiently and support timely, data-informed decision-making.
Serving as the primary Medical Affairs partner to IT and Commercial Operations, this individual will translate Medical Affairs needs into clear business requirements, integrated workflows, and scalable technology solutions. They will connect information across Field Medical, Medical Information, Scientific Communications, publications, congresses, advisory boards, and other activities—making it easier to identify patterns, access relevant information, and apply insights to strategic decisions.
This role will own the Medical Affairs systems and analytics roadmap, including platform integration, reporting automation, data governance, adoption, and responsible AI enablement. Success will require technical fluency to work credibly with IT and vendors, combined with a strong understanding of Medical Affairs objectives, workflows, and compliance requirements.
This position will report to the Executive Director, Scientific Communications & Information.
This is a hybrid/remote position, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern United States to facilitate regular travel to Stoke’s Massachusetts offices. Stoke is currently located in Bedford, MA, and will move to Waltham, MA, by the end of 2026.
10% travel, primarily for team, vendor or industry meetings.
The anticipated salary range for this role at the Director level is $180,000 - $253,000 and at the Sr. Director level is $229,000 - $302,000. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope, experience and qualifications, education, market benchmarks, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Stoke offers an annual bonus and equity participation.
