Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Director of SBIC Limited Partner Investments to lead sourcing, evaluation, underwriting, execution, and monitoring of LP investments in SBICs and private funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in alternative, CRA, or SBIC Investing.
• 5+ years SBIC private fund investment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate SBIC and private fund investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with SBIC fund managers, sponsors, general partners, and industry intermediaries.
• Lead investment underwriting, due diligence, and approval processes for prospective LP investments.
• Assess investment strategies, management teams, fund structures, and portfolio construction methodologies.
• Prepare investment memoranda, committee presentations, and executive reporting materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance, fund compliance, and adherence to investment guidelines.
• Review quarterly financial statements, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and fund reporting packages.
