The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise SAP & Business Systems to lead a consolidated ERP function spanning HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. The role centers on strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and Workday.

Applicants should have 10+ years in ERP leadership, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proven ability to deliver policy-aligned, user-centric solutions with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of ERP and enterprise procurement/contingent workforce experience with governance & leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of leadership directing a team to meet responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement processes and related ERP systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, governance, and support of HR/Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and contingent workforce processes.
• Direct and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service to business customers.
• Develop and implement the ERP and source-to-pay strategy in partnership with CFO, HR, Finance, and other EIS leaders.
• Standardize and optimize end-to-end business processes across the enterprise.
• Ensure change management, process documentation, and policy alignment with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple ERP projects and system upgrades.
• Provide customer-facing support, training, and adoption plans for SAP/Workday deployments.
