Qualifications

  • Proven ability to prospect candidates through various channels, including social media and in-person meetings
  • Strong competency in interpreting financial statements and basic business structures such as P&L and Income Statements
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leading meetings both in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and successfully recruit new sales talent
  • Familiarity with Salesforce database management and deal management processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with effective leadership and time management skills
