Job summary

A global biopharmaceutical company seeks a TA Director of Risk Management to oversee and advance risk management strategies across clinical development portfolios. The role requires at least 15 years of experience in clinical research and a strong background in risk-based quality management. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role and advanced data analytics skills. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work in Lake County, IL, or Irvine, CA three days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in clinical research or data risk management.
• At least 5 years in leadership or people management roles.
• Expertise in ICH-GCP E6(R2) risk-based methodology.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio-level risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Lead a team of Risk Management Leads.
• Ensure robust RAMP processes and timely risk action planning.
