Job summary

LendingClub in San Francisco is seeking a senior leader to head Risk Infrastructure, driving enterprise-wide transformation and alignment with risk and regulatory goals. You will partner with senior leaders across Credit Risk, Modeling, Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing to enable scalable decisioning platforms and trusted governance.

The role requires 12+ years in leadership with strong API and cloud experience, and a track record of delivering complex tech programs in fintech.

Qualifications

12+ years of leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
8+ years in people management.
10+ years in decisioning and rules engines with relevant platforms.
Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native architectures.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide Leadership for the Risk Infrastructure function and enterprise-wide transformation.
Partner with senior leaders across Credit Risk, Modeling, Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Business.
Enable decisioning platforms with reliable, high-performing systems and governance.
Drive BAU policy and model execution with clear delivery timelines.
Define technology vision and architecture for decisioning platforms with Engineering.
Promote responsible AI use and best practices in risk infrastructure.
Provide executive reporting on transformation progress, risks and dependencies.
Oversee offshore and vendor partnerships and workforce planning.
