We are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy to join our dynamic Customer Team at Tomorrow.io. In this pivotal role, you will scale and operationalize our Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy, working closely with the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Your primary focus will be on driving hyper-growth by connecting teams, removing friction, and serving as the operational backbone of our Enterprise GTM. This role requires full ownership of cross-functional alignment, strategic initiatives, and hands-on execution to unlock high-impact opportunities, shaping our ability to deliver value at scale, accelerate market penetration, and reach ambitious 7-figure growth targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the connective tissue across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive organizational momentum.
  2. Own strategic GTM initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution.
  3. Scale and operationalize the GTM process with a creative and analytical mindset, benchmarking against best practices.
  4. Accelerate 7-figure deals by designing and implementing fast-track enterprise sales processes and assets.
  5. Launch pipeline generation programs leveraging events, ABM, and strategic partnerships.
  6. Lead cross-functional GTM alignment and implement visibility systems for activity tracking.
  7. Benchmark and optimize GTM strategies regularly to remove friction and accelerate growth.
  8. Partner with product and marketing to operationalize new solutions into the GTM motion.
  9. Build programs to amplify customer advocacy and success stories.
  10. Drive exponential revenue growth through strategic alliances and joint opportunities.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and alignment.
  12. Manage complex projects with strong organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery.
  13. Act as an executive sponsor on strategic opportunities and represent Tomorrow.io at industry events.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven leadership in scaling Enterprise SaaS GTM strategies with a track record of success.
  3. Ability to serve as both a strategic sponsor and a hands-on operator, engaging C-level executives and driving deals.
  4. Strong communication, influencing skills, and organizational abilities.
  5. Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  6. Deep understanding of SaaS industry, enterprise buying behavior, and market trends.
  7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Experience with global and multicultural environments.
