Job description

Job Title: Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy

We are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy to join our dynamic Customer Team at Tomorrow. This role is pivotal in scaling and operationalizing our Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy, working closely with our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). You will be the operational backbone of our Enterprise GTM, driving cross-functional alignment, strategic initiatives, and hands-on execution to unlock high-impact opportunities. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver exceptional value, accelerate market penetration, and achieve 7-figure growth targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the connective tissue across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive organizational momentum.
  2. Own strategic GTM initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with executive teams to ensure alignment.
  3. Scale and operationalize the GTM process, benchmarking against best practices and optimizing for hyper-growth.
  4. Accelerate 7-figure deals by designing enterprise sales processes and assets for rapid closure.
  5. Launch pipeline generation programs leveraging events, ABM, and strategic partnerships.
  6. Lead cross-functional GTM alignment to ensure flawless execution on enterprise opportunities.
  7. Implement visibility systems for activity tracking and deal management.
  8. Benchmark and improve GTM strategies regularly based on industry trends and data.
  9. Partner with product and marketing to operationalize new solutions into GTM motion.
  10. Build programs to leverage customer success stories for new opportunities.
  11. Drive exponential revenue growth through strategic alliances and joint opportunities.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  13. Manage complex projects with organizational excellence, ensuring timely delivery.
  14. Act as an executive sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities and represent Tomorrow.io at industry events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven leadership in scaling Enterprise SaaS GTM strategies with a track record of growth.
  • Experience engaging with Fortune 500 C-level executives and driving deals from concept to close.
  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry, enterprise buying behavior, and market trends.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in global and multicultural environments.
