Providence is seeking a Director Revenue Cycle for a remote role to lead the Care Network vendor partnership and optimize revenue cycle performance. The role focuses on contract compliance, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders to enhance financial results.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in revenue cycle management with leadership experience and a strong knowledge of healthcare processes, with a preference for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle experience and personnel management.
• 8 years leadership experience.
• Detailed knowledge of a typical healthcare revenue cycle and related processes.
• Experience conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership, ensuring contract compliance and performance optimization.
• Drive revenue cycle strategy with senior leaders and improve financial performance across the Care Network.
• Maximize revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results through effective vendor management and leadership.

Providence is calling for a Director Revenue Cycle - Remote.

Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership, ensuring contract compliance, performance optimization, and achievement of key revenue cycle outcomes. Responsible for maximizing revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results through effective vendor management and operational leadership.

Partners with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy, implement best practices, and improve financial performance across the Care Network.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Any combination of education and experience that provides the employee with the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the job will be considered.
• 10 or more years of Progressively more responsible related work and personnel management experience in health care industry and revenue cycle.
• 8 years Leadership experience
• Detailed knowledge of a typical healthcare revenue cycle and associated experience.
• Experience conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
