Job summary

Simplot Company is seeking a Director of Retail Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function for Simplot AgriBusiness Retail in Boise, ID. You will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes to drive enterprise insights and accountability.

You will build executive materials, establish KPI frameworks, and partner with technology/data teams to modernize planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, and performance management experience.
• Experience with incentive analytics and compensation modelling.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Proven leadership in matrixed organizations and advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating and long-range planning, forecasting, and enterprise reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Drive governance, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to enhance planning systems and analytics.
• Design and govern incentive compensation models and related analytics.
• Provide coaching and development for FP&A team members.
