Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a manager for the Respiratory Therapy Department in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and coordinate projects to meet department objectives while ensuring high-quality care for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess extensive experience in healthcare administration, and be knowledgeable about Respiratory Therapy responsibilities. A Master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
Plans, directs, organizes, leads, and coordinates the day-to-day operation of the Respiratory Therapy Department, both inpatient and outpatient services (inpatient services include both adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients served; outpatient services include Pulmonary Function Testing).
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
