Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced program leader to oversee the RLP program in a senior role, responsible for day-to-day leadership, strategic planning, and cross-team coordination.

The position requires extensive experience managing complex, multi-stream programs and leading staff, with a focus on process, measurement, and partner communications. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex programs.
• Demonstrated people-management experience (directly managing and developing staff).
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MLIS or other relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs.
• Comfort using project management, collaboration, and event platforms is expected.
