Centene is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Leader to direct and oversee operations ensuring adherence to all applicable laws for Ambetter products and services. The role is fully remote and requires CMS/HIPAA expertise, with strong collaboration across departments to implement evolving regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in regulatory/compliance within healthcare and a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are a plus.
Position Purpose: Direct and oversee regulatory compliance operations to ensure fully compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for assigned products/services.
The role is fully remote. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience, preferably in a health care environment Advanced degree preferred.
$107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
