Alexion is seeking a Director of Regulatory Affairs US to lead development and execution of regulatory strategies for US projects and lifecycle management of rare-disease programs. You will partner with global teams and communicate with the FDA, driving submissions and agency meetings.
Based in Boston/ Seaport, you will influence cross-functional decisions and ensure compliant, timely strategies across US and international regulatory environments, supporting patients with unmet medical needs.

The Director, Regulatory Affairs US lead will be accountable for the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory strategies for assigned project(s)/product(s) and regulatory jurisdiction(s), with the intention of achieving successful registration and lifecycle management of unique and technologically complex products serving patients with rare diseases and unmet medical needs.
This individual will provide tactical and strategic input to leadership across regulatory and cross-functional teams with the objective of delivering according to regional and global Business Objectives. The individual will also ensure effective communication and constructive working relationships with business partners and representatives of regulatory authorities.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $186,232.80 - $279,349.20 USD Annual. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coveragein accordance withthe terms of the applicable plans.
