We are looking for an experienced senior Regulatory Labeling professional to join our growing team in the coming months. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned labeling expert to support a major client while also contributing to the development, growth, and expertise of G&L Scientific’s core regulatory labeling team.

About the Role

In this role, you will work primarily with one of our major clients, providing regulatory labeling expertise and supporting key labeling activities. In addition to client‑facing responsibilities, you will play an important role in strengthening G&L’s broader labeling capabilities through strategic consulting, business development support, and internal knowledge sharing.

This position is ideal for an experienced regulatory labeling professional who enjoys combining hands‑on expertise with strategic thinking, collaboration, and the opportunity to influence best practices across a team of labeling specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Labeling & Client Support

• Provide senior-level regulatory labeling expertise in support of a major client.
• Contribute to labeling strategy and execution, helping address complex regulatory labeling challenges.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to G&L clients on labeling‑related matters.
• Stay abreast of global regulatory labeling requirements, guidance, emerging trends, and industry developments.

Business Development & Commercial Projects

• Support the development of proposals and responses to opportunities with prospective clients.
• Contribute regulatory labeling expertise and strategic insights to new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.

Knowledge Sharing & Team Development

• Work closely with G&L’s core team of regulatory labeling professionals to share expertise and promote best practices.
• Partner with the Training & Development team to ensure internal staff remain informed about global labeling changes, emerging regulatory requirements, and industry hot topics.
• Contribute to internal learning initiatives and the continued development of G&L’s labeling capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences regulatory labeling.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory labeling requirements, guidance, and industry practices.
• Experience providing regulatory labeling advice and contributing to labeling strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• An interest in mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to broader team development.
