Gartner is looking for a Director of Recruitment Marketing to shape our global employer brand and talent acquisition strategies. You'll harness performance marketing and employer branding to attract top talent.

The Director of Recruitment Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global employer brand and top-of-funnel talent acquisition efforts. This role blends performance marketing, employer branding, and recruitment advertising to attract, engage, and convert high-quality talent at scale.
As the owner of our recruitment marketing ecosystem, you will drive multichannel acquisition strategies, oversee employer brand development, and build a data‑driven marketing engine grounded in analytics, attribution, and ROI. You will partner cross‑functionally with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to position Gartner as an employer of choice and deliver measurable hiring impact.

Salary range for this role is 120,000 USD – 167,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. Employees may also participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
