Job summary

TSNE MissionWorks seeks a Director of the Raising Child Care Fund (RCCF) within ECFC to lead strategy, fundraising, grantmaking, funder engagement, and partner relations. A central goal is strengthening RCCF's financial sustainability and expanding its philanthropic constituency by engaging funders and allies who recognize child care's ties to equity and opportunity.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of grassroots organizing, power building, advocacy, and public policy.
Proven success cultivating philanthropic relationships and securing significant private funding.
Strong coalition leadership and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead RCCF's grantmaking strategy and funder engagement with national, state, and local partners.
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to expand RCCF's constituency and sustainability.
Serve as a bridge between philanthropy and grassroots movements to align action and investment.
Shape RCCF's communications and storytelling to demonstrate impact and equity.
