Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a Director, Quality Assurance to lead enterprise-wide quality operations in a highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environment. This high-impact leadership role drives compliance, continuous improvement, and product quality while building a culture of excellence.

Relocation assistance is offered. The role oversees QA/QC operations, CAPA, deviations, audits, change control, and document control, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading QA within a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, change control, document control, audits, and quality systems.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC operations, CAPA management, deviations, audits, and change control.
• Oversee material and finished goods release and batch certification.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Direct internal/external audits, supplier quality, investigations, and training.
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional quality initiatives.
