Job summary

University of Louisville invites applications for a Professor Term (Open Rank) and Director of the Noble H. Kelley Psychological Services Center (PSC). The start date is June 1, 2027.

The PSC is a training clinic on Belknap Campus, operated by the APA-accredited Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychological Science. The Director is a full-time, 12-month clinical term faculty position with 60% administrative duties and 40% supervision/teaching.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. from an APA-accredited and/or PCSAS-accredited program in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Psychological Science, or related field.
• Must be license eligible in Kentucky at time of hire and obtain HSP designation.
• Review licensure requirements and Health Service Provider designation to ensure eligibility.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, licensing, insurance, and accreditation regulations.
• Coordinate faculty supervisors and training and supervising clinic staff.
• Coordinate the program Colloquium series.
• Oversee the PSC budget and engage in fiscal planning.
• Maintain and develop connections with referral sources.
• Lead outreach activities.
• Coordinate external practicum placements for students.
• Assist with PSC clinical team placements for students.
• Assist with coordination of student evaluations and clinical competencies.
• Assist with accreditation reporting requirements
