This senior leadership role partners with provider organizations to drive quality, risk adjustment, and financial sustainability. Based in Houston, TX, the role reports to Karen Holt and requires strategic healthcare leadership, deep experience with managed care, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable provider

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience in Provider Relations or related areas.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing provider-facing teams.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid/Commercial value-based programs.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, risk adjustment.
• Ability to translate data into actionable provider strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider engagement and performance strategies.
• Lead provider initiatives for quality improvement and risk adjustment.
• Collaborate with provider organizations to drive transformation and population health.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive action plans for cost of care.
• Present performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
