Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, PSC Program Monitoring at the East Hanover, NJ site. This role leads QA, monitoring, case auditing, and escalation governance to support patient services operations. Travel ~20% domestically; no relocation offered; local candidates only.

The role drives scalable monitoring, KPI reporting, and risk-based governance across multiple locations, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical and/or pharmaceutical vendor experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience designing, governing, and scaling quality monitoring and/or auditing programs for contact center and/or case management operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the people, process, and technology roadmap for Program Monitoring; ensure scale, quality, and efficiency.
• Define the technology-enabled monitoring and auditing strategy; translate requirements into Genesys/CRM functionality.
• Lead PSC CAPA governance and audit readiness; ensure findings are evidence-based and tracked to closure.
• Oversee Program Monitoring across locations (East Hanover, NJ; Tempe, AZ; Mexico City; Hyderabad) for consistency and high quality.
