Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a Director, Product Management & Execution to lead coordination and delivery of innovative product solutions across our Voluntary Benefits business. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Operations, IT, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure successful implementation and ongoing performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4–6 years in product management or similar role.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight.
• Driven to lead large-scale implementations and launches.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional initiatives to plan, coordinate, and implement product launches or updates.
• Establishes tools, governance, processes for state-specific product requirements and compliance.
• Leads evaluation and resolution of complex product compliance issues and regulatory changes.
• Develops market insights and competitive analyses to support product strategy and enhancements.
• Partners with internal and external teams to support new partnerships and product implementations.
