Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Security to architect and champion the cybersecurity vision across the Everpure portfolio.

You will lead a high-performing team of security engineers, partnering with Engineering, IT, and Risk Management to proactively mitigate threats and safeguard our end-to-end infrastructure. You will drive the security strategy, mentor engineers, manage risk and budgets, and implement automation across CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Expert cybersecurity leadership across multiple teams.
• Deep technical mastery in application security, APIs, cloud, containers, and CI/CD security.
• Strategic risk and budget management with multi-vendor tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity strategy and a product security roadmap across lifecycles.
• Lead and scale a security engineering team with mentoring and budgets.
• Oversee vulnerability management, code reviews, and threat modeling.
• Optimize security operations via automation and tooling integrations.
• Work from the Santa Clara office in alignment with policies.
