As a Product Manager within Core Experiences, you will help define and deliver experiences that serve millions of customers and facilitate the secure movement of billions of dollars each year, directly influencing how customers start, fund, and grow their relationship with Fidelity. You will join a highly collaborative product organization responsible for solving complex customer problems while balancing business objectives, operational excellence, risk management, and platform modernization. Candidates must be able to leverage data to inform decisions, synthesize and clearly communicate insights, and apply a customer-first mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning to deliver impactful results.
Core Experiences (Core-X) sits at the heart of Fidelity's digital customer growth strategy, creating the foundational experiences that help customers start, fund, and grow their relationship with Fidelity. From opening accounts and linking banks to moving money, transferring assets, and maintaining account information, our products power some of the most important moments in a customer's financial journey.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
