In this role, you will guide a selection of grantmaking program offerings that strengthen our ability to help donors give more and more effectively, and support their goals to strengthen the nonprofit sector.Reporting to the Vice President, this leader will help shape the direction of key programs, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and impactful for the donors we serve. The Director will both support the build out of new program / product offerings as well as help maintain and support current giving programs. Many programs will be focused on our most generous donor’s interests, including collaborative giving and giving with impact. You will translate organizational priorities into thoughtful strategies and actionable roadmaps, while fostering strong collaboration across teams to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions. While this role will not have any direct reports, the Director is expected to help lead and influence the strategy across the Product Management, Philanthropy Team.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, service, and impact—partnering closely with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve how we support donors, nonprofits, and advisors.
