Qualcomm is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Product Manager in the Cloud Business Unit to strategize and drive the next generation Server SoCs and Platforms roadmap. In this customer‑focused role, you will work with leading Cloud Service Providers to draw insights and requirements from the cloud hardware infrastructure landscape in their datacenters, and drive the Cloud server, rack, systems, and platforms definitions and roadmap targeting general‑purpose and AI workloads.

In addition, you are expected to prioritize use cases while working closely with customers, engineering, sales, and business development teams. You will also function as a central resource with design, process, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing, and sales teams as a product and/or product line moves through its lifecycle. You will formulate and execute long‑term roadmaps for cost/profit control and promote new technologies and industry‑leading trends.

The position requires strong expertise in business and systems analysis, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders within the Product Management team and across various functional teams.

Principal Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for definition and execution of strategic planning of Server SoC roadmap, including server platforms and racks.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of the product and be a tireless voice for the customer, while ensuring business goals are met.
  • Drive adoption of Cloud server platforms with customers: evangelize existing and future solutions across internal and external customers.
  • Drive and product‑manage the customer engagement activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as program management, software development, performance benchmarking, and applications engineering.
  • Align with Qualcomm cross‑functional teams (Business Unit, Sales, Engineering) on CSP and OEM/ODM requirements, emphasizing enablement, communications, support, and balancing prioritization of the requirements through formal MRD/PRD process.
  • Partner with and manage key OEM and ODM customer engagements, from product concept through qualification and post‑launch, to deliver servers, racks, and platforms to CSP customers.
  • Drive executive decision making for new investments in cloud data center solutions, including competitive analysis, program goals and business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management strategies, financial analysis, schedule and hardware strategy.
  • Work closely with datacenter business teams to drive adoption across the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with program management and engineering counterparts on the customer side.
